I ordered 2 wigs with the invisistrap. Let’s talk about this first. This is pretty useful. I wish it wasn’t directly on top of the ear flaps and under the elastic strap hooks but it does work. Be gentle. They give you extras but who wants to deal with putting them in?!? I have a very small head. I did not order these in a small cap size because I’ve read mixed reviews about those caps being even bigger. I don’t mind it being too big as I glue the back down to my neck anyway.
Let’s talk about the hair….WOW!!! This is definitely longer than 26 inches and I feel like it’s way thicker than 180 density. I have such a small head and these curly wigs can get B I G!!! This is me after going roller skating tonight so, not too bad! The underside does tangle a bit but I think if I had it thinned a bit (I really want to have it professionally done because I DO NOT want to ruin this wig) that may solve some of it. During wetting and styling it does shed a few hairs but this is so thick that that’s probably a good thing. It does not shed while dry. The color is beautiful and the hair is soft and the curl pattern is almost perfect. You can see for yourself. The hairline is pre plucked lightly and the knots are lightly bleached. The hairline is very natural (at least on me) so I didn’t do any plucking. I did cut a bout an inch or so from each ear tab and a small amount from around the ear perimeter but not much. I do wish they hadn’t layered it so much but I will fix that when I find a wig stylist. I’m not willing to risk ruining this piece to try to do it myself.
The lace is truly transparent but I did have a hard time getting it to stay down! But it did so that’s ok. It looks like it’s growing from my head. Having said that, if you have a small head like me, you might want to glue this down as I’ve done.
All in all, I’m very happy with my purchases and I will definitely purchase again soon! I made an installation video for the straight wig I bought but haven’t edited yet. I’ll post the link for that when it’s up!
I prefer the current one. the best curly wig for the price. The lace melts really well and the curls are beautiful like the wig comes curly I washed it and applied mouse the curls was beautiful wet and even better dry it didn’t get bushy curls it remained lose curly with definition. So far I like it and I’m very satisfied being as though some sellers aren’t honest and we tend to waste our money a lot but I will say to get this wig you won’t be disappointed. I’m not even a review writer honestly but I’m shocked at how good this wig is because I’ve ordered from them before and the wigs were ok but this wig in particular is great and it came to me in 3 days !
This was my first time ordering from this company I was nervous about the unit because sometimes the pictures you see online don’t match what you actually get. I like it, it didn't take 3 seconds to put it on and I felt the cap size was a tad too small but I got it to work. The hair is very soft, easy to brush through and the best thing is it doesn't shed!! I just received it so I'm looking forward to trying out new styles with it. But for now I'm loving this messy, classy bun look. The invisi strip is great it holds wig in place however I was a little scared to pull too much thinking the rubber strands would break or something and the ball on one side of mines did come off. I got it to work thanks most important. A bigger cap and tougher invisi strips would be nice. I would purchase again.
